The U.S. Gov. regulates biotech plants by setting regulations, policies, and guidance to help apply the new laws. They applied this policy in 1986. This policy is called the Coordinated Framework for Regulation of Biotechnology. It is designed to evaluate products made using biotechnology. The agency overseeing this is the USDA-APHIS. the EPA regulates sale and distribution of pesticides. The FDA is responsible for the labeling of plant derived food.

My big idea is coming along pretty good. My partner for the big idea is Kadyn David Nolz. Our idea is to provide trophy bull bison hunts in south east South Dakota. We have most of it done but it needs revised and edited before we get ready to turn it in. We are currently working on our logo and marketing materials.

ELD stands for Electronic Logging Device and are used to log the hours a truck driver is on the road and off the road. These are an issue to truck drivers because when you run out of drive hours no matter where you are or what time of day it is you have to stop driving for a period of time. This causes drivers to be driving when they should be sleeping and sleeping when they should be driving. This will also increase costs for many trucking companies.

I guess I kind of agree with the answer description. I do take the opinions of others but if some of the members dont agree with the correct way to do something I’m going to stick with the correct way of doing it. If I think something should be done a certain way I’m going to stick with that even though others may not agree.

I was just over a year old on this tragic day. Since I was so young I dont have any recollection of this event. From all the videos I’ve watched over the years I think I have what happened pretty well figured out. This was a tragic and horrific day for our great nation. Even though I was so young I still get the chills every time I watch something about this day. It upsets me so much that someone can have so much hate to do something like that to innocent people. This event was the start of not trusting people anymore. I think we have reacted correctly to this by having heavy security at airports so this doesn’t happen again. I cant imagine being a person anywhere near the locations of the terrorist attacks. Now is time to make sure it doesnt happen again.

If I could be stuck in an elevator with anyone for an hour it would have to be Dale Brisby. I chose Dale because he’s a cowboy comedian. He travels the country marketing his brand at different rodeos while making life humorous.

I’d start out by asking him what got him started in the rodeo world. I’d also talk to him about the reasoning for starting the funny videos and what keeps him in a light and funny mood all the time. We’d also talk about how his merchandise business works and how he manages to run that company while working his ranch and still making time for his fans. I would like to find out his goal in life and where he wants to end up in his later years. I would definitely have to take a picture with him for proof that I met him.

Like most people I really don’t like to do most chores. My least favorite thing to do is homework. I hate doing homework. It takes so much time when all the teachers assign big assignments. I get bored doing homework and usually find myself doing something else.

Something I like doing and don’t procrastinate doing is getting my horses worked. I enjoy riding them and have a good time doing it. If I were to procrastinate it wouldn’t be fair to them. They tend to get out of shape, bored, and fresh if they sit for long periods of time. Sometimes I get caught up doing everything else and they get pushed to the back burner. I don’t like to let them sit as long as I do sometimes.
